Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for booking your Jawai experience with Jawai Tour Expert. We aim to provide unforgettable and safe wildlife safaris, and your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 7 days before safari date: 90% refund of the total amount.

  • 3 to 7 days before safari date: 50% refund of the total amount.

  • Less than 3 days before safari date: No refund applicable.

2. Cancellation by Jawai Tour Expert

  • In rare cases such as:

    • Bad weather or unsafe safari conditions

    • Technical or operational issues

    • Governmental restrictions or wildlife department closures

    We will offer:

    • Full refund of the booking amount, or

    • Option to reschedule the safari at no extra cost

3. No-Show Policy

  • If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled safari time without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

4. Modification Requests

  • Modifications in date or time are allowed once, and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Subject to availability.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary based on your bank/payment gateway.
